Problems with the navigation bar can result from several problems. First of
all, your browser must be JavaScript enabled browser. If JavaScript isn't
enabled, the bar will not appear, hence why you clicked on the
troubleshooting button.
Also, have the latest version of your browser. If you dont, you may not have the capability to view this website. Another problem, could be ActiveX controls. Tweak settings in Internet Explorer, or reset them to default. The defaults were tested, and are working in the following browsers: -Internet Explorer 5 -Firefox -Mozilla -Opera 7.54u2 If you experience problems with this site after trying our solutions, email the webmaster, with the following information: Have what operating system, browser, and the exact wording of any error messages that come up. By the way, if an odd bar comes from the top of the screen telling you that it has restricted some active content, click on the bar and click on "allow blocked content", then click "yes".
